Grind Levels (persona levels do factor into hit rate and damage) Grind Skill Cards in shuffle time or spend time. Put up with his extreme lack of resistances.

Izanagi is made to be a pretty bad persona so that you fuse him, anything that is related to him story wise doesnt require him on your persona list, so fuse him away. As a general rule of thumb - you can and should fuse any and all Personas for higher level Personas.

But - If youre into trophies, you can at least get one for creating him, if not, Izanagi No Okami is pretty much just for show now that we can get Magatsu Izanagi, and have skill cards for regular Izanagi to become stronger. It's fine, IMO.

Is a resounding yes. Absolutely, you can boot up Persona 4, its Golden variant, Persona 5, and Persona 5 Royal, and beat all of those games solely using Izanagi as your Persona. That said, it won’t be easy since you will be dealing with a low-level Persona that only learns so many skills in the game. Thanks for the advice ! Get all the skills you need to transfer to Izanagi to those two first before fusing, obviously. 2nd tip: Magician Arcana Chance will help you get skills you couldn't learn from Obariyon-Shikome fusing.The first one is for the arcana, which you can find the possible combinations under the section of the arcana you need.
