Yeah, the issue is you often have 0 gold when you get your 3rd augment. So even if you wanted to adapt and pivot your board, you literally can't afford it. Prismatic first and second augment are fine imo since you at least have enough gold/time to build a strong board around it. But getting a bad prismatic as third augment is just guaranteed bot 4.
