Time for a cleaning, so let the hopper run out of pellets, fire died out, firebox cooled, distribution blower stopped due to lack of heat, combustion blower still blowing, then turned stove off. Stove was off (not unplugged) for 45-60 mins while I cleaned ash out. Cleaned out upper chamber, and lower chamber/ash pan.

Took the vacuum line off the pressure switch blew into it and was clear. Put back together and slide into fire place and put new pellets in hopper. Turned the switch to room temp and pellets feed and lit like always. Prior to lighting filled the chamber with smoke and then lit. But still will not feed after the initial feeding.

This is what hangs the pellets up from sliding down properly. My sister in-law purchased a used Harman P35i 2010 pellet insert. She had her son in-law install it, they ran flex pipe up the entire way through the flue. I stopped in and showed her how to use it, it worked great for about a week and then it didn't seem to be feeding pellets, so she cleaned it, still not working. Swapping out the igniter takes 15 minutes. A quick trick to keeping the igniter clean is to use canned air from an office supply store. Use a vacuum to clean out the chamber below the burn pot and then just shoot a puff of air through the igniter holes. You'll easily see if any of the holes are clogged.

Sometimes something can stick on the gasket or its seal surface and you lose the vacuum that tells the board to feed pellets and start the fire.
