Turn the setting back on. Then go to practice and set it for half pads and backups. After that your starters fatigue will go back up. Then turn the setting off. Repeat until their stamina is fully restored. None of these responses are correct unfortunately. The week to week fatigue is new and as with anything new in EA MADDEN it is broken.

Super sim on defense for a bit and the offensive players usually come in. Also don't give an offensive player more than 2 touches in a row. That third one in a row guarantees to take them out of the gameThis is why Madden needs to specify edge rushers from linebackers. 3-4 OLBs are edge rushers who sometimes cover a flat. They are not linebackers who sometimes rush the quarterback.
