Verizon call cannot be completed as dialed.
After the latest update, 16.2, the same thing happened with stored contact. I fixed it by deleting the number (not the name), reentered the same number for the contact, then saved it. For a quick workaround, dial the number direct. Apparently there's a conflict with the numbers prefix from the previously stored number.
