I always thought you had to play on official Facepunch servers in order to receive a random skin drop in your steam inventory. Today I played about 6 hours on a modded server and when I got off I received a skin (red beanie).

Assuming you did claim them, sometimes it does bug out. I had this last lot of drops where all but 2 showed up. What you wanna do tho fix it is unlink then relink your twitch account from the rust drops and then click on the option to check for missing drops.
