You need Cathedral Weathers of course and the Particle Patch. The rest of the mods are just highly recommended, not actually required for the ENB to work. I do recommend you use Obsidian Mountain Fogs and a lighting mod like Window Shadows like Rudy recommends. I use Silent Horizons as for me it's the best looking for CW. Rudy doesn't have a CW version. There are some decent reshades out there, but I still prefer ENB. Another decent option for CW is Lucid ENB, which outperforms Silent Horizons as far as fps is concerned.
