I don't think a Discord like Pubhalls should really be looking at the bottom damage doers and calling them out - the word "Public" is literally in the name, and therefore there shouldn't be any skill expectations. You could say the same about Pub Fungals/Pub Shatters/OSanc/Pest Control, and I really hope those Discords don't go in that direction.

Sicken, on the other hand, can mess up runs and cause deaths/nexus at a scale unlike the other three.
