The only way to correct it is to pull over and turn truck off for 5-10 minutes and then restart it. Seems to be a computer control issue or something to that effect because all the parts inside the transmission are new.

The ECM might need to see itself out of limp mode, which would mean connecting the missing parts back on for it to see them to pop out of limp mode, and be tuned.I do trust the service manager at this dealership and he definitely knows the lingo and they have mechanics there with big diesel trucks that are tuned and all that so I feel like they know what they're doing.
