It comes up with an "i" info notification on the display as soon as the car turns on, and the SRH disabled icon stays on the entire trip. The SRH switch is set to ON. And I'm posting this in a few places. Some folks said the only way to permanently turn it off is at the dealer. That could be, but here's what I did. To turn off RAB there are two different icons and for some reason people tend to press the icon than turns off the warning but not the icon that turns off the braking. All I have to do is press and hold that indicator for 3 to 5 seconds. It then changes to RAB-OFF. While RAB is turned off, there are no further issues with backing up the trailer. Best news is that there is an indicator that appears on the dash, reminding you that you have it turned off.
