Further Troubleshooting: If the unit continues blinking blue, remove the waste drawer and press cycle. Press reset 2x to abort the cycle and return the unit to home (it will level the litter). If the unit goes to solid blue with the waste drawer removed, ensure there is nothing in the drawer blocking the lenses.

It could be one of these two issues: 1- motor isn’t working anymore and needs to be replaced. 2- the circuit board isn’t working anymore and blocking the whole robot from functioning. We were going towards the second option because the whole robot wasn’t functioning not just the rotation process.
