The main issue with the "job" is that the company sells it to you like you are going to make a lot of money when in reality few people do and most will not make any. You are not interviewed so much as you are pitched an opportunity to sell for Globe Life. To be fair, my agency did pay for my license which I got in the first week.

I also had an interview with Globe Life. It is a rip off, don't waste your time. The first interview I had was just a company overview. It was a pre-recorded overview of the company and its accomplishments. They really tried to build it up, like it's a huge life insurance company that has been around since the 1900's.
