Go in with a 0 streak operator. I suggest dismiss an operator and set to a new one just to be sure. Do a mission and exfil successfully with that. Go to your broken operator, and change their skin to something else. Infil, do mission, exfil and it should be incremented by one. This definitely fixed this for me. I join DMZ 9/10 perks, I do a hvt, a little pvp, a hostage exfil.. screen says 10th perk unlocked for the post op report, but when I go to active roster or load up the next drop it says 9 perks. 10th locked.. is this a bug, any work around?
