Here's how I got around that problem: open up your note app, put what you want in there, then copy/paste it to DD app. Yeah that’s happened to me a few times. and then I get 1000 texts about ‘how was support’ did you did they resolve your issue? blah blah blah. I am having the same issue. Can't fix it.
