Yuzu can do 60fps no problem even with rain as long as you use GPU NORMAL (instead of high). I'll try this, with Yuzu at default settings I get 30-40fps with the 60fps mod enabled so it just runs in slow motion. Yuzu is also harder to use than Cemu, with the latter working off just the game files whereas some titlekey shenanigans is required with Yuzu. Hacking a WiiU to dump your games is easy, whereas hacking a switch requires either a very specific model or soldering a modchip whose production led to a massive and successful lawsuit.

Same for me: In yuzu it feels like slowmo but not really laggy or stuttery.(It is not like the "low-FPS-feeling" I have in other PC-games; there it gets stuttery) I use Mod called "60FPS" (v1.6.0). Without that Mod i'm with 30 FPS and no slowmo. I'm using the OPENGL setting, because VULCAN makes it worse.
