The Prodigy retails for around $1,200 and and optics ready Staccato P is $2,500. So almost double the price. To me it’s not worth it for DLC and tool steel internals. I disagree on your opinion the fit and finish aren’t night and day. Tool steel, no crappy cerakote, tighter barrel lockup, and tighter slide to frame….If you take apart Staccato and Springfield mags you'll find the latter is sprung quite a bit more. Imo the Staccato mags are under-sprung, especially in the 20 rounders. Easy fix is to put Atlas extra power springs in them.
