Everything sounds good especially price and no pressure to sit in on timeshare pitch. The only catch mentioned at the very end of the call is that my spouse is REQUIRED to go.

Convenient for shopping and restaurant options. We, too, are active seniors and love the place. May should be perfect for your stay. We were just there for 2 weeks last Sept/Oct. There is nothing wrong with the Hyatt, just prefer the Westin's location. Better beach as well.
