Your Padme or GAS teams might hold up on against Maul to get CAT shards, but I don't love your odds. Even JMK wasn't a guaranteed win against that. SLKR did most the heavy lifting for me on that. After about 30 minutes of attempts, I was able to clear the new tier of proving grounds with SLKR. It is highly RNG dependent, but below is a write up of the strategy I used in case any other SLKR owners are struggling to complete the event. So in theory you can get up to 60 shards/event, but it's costly. So if you're starting with 0 shards and doing 2 refreshes on a given tier, it will take roughly 6 months to unlock any given toon.I think, if you have a GL, proving grounds should not be a problem.
