I'd say Shard is roughly equal in strengh to the Ether Drake. Around 30k fleet power should work fine, unless maybe if your loadouts are totally crappy. 15k (maybe even less) are enough if you hard-counter it. It has no shields (only armor+hull) => use Plasma weapons. It has only anti-armor weapons => use only shields.Shard has 105k Armor and 150k Health.
