In modern Racing Games there is no career like that anymore. Forza 7 is the closest thing to GranTurismo that we have on PC. Horizon 4 is more arcade-like with super annoying "build your virtual social media presence" while trying to play the game. Forza 7 or Forza Horizon 4. Change your tires accordingly. Rain tires, weight and downforce are your friends. Using a wheel and pedals makes it a lot easier to control throttle and braking in the rain.
