397-405 isn't "low". It's literally right below the average (407-412). You are sitting probably in about the 40th percentile. 95% of people pass the PANCE first try. I spent so much time studying for it and regretted it because I should’ve been studying for women’s health. Take the time to study for it but do not feel like it’s going to be some killer test, it really wasn’t. The worst EOR score I’ve had was ER and all the questions I missed were ortho, I knew going in I was terrible at ortho. But all in all I was prepared for the exam. Rosh isn’t really meant to teach you what you should’ve learned in didactic, but rather show you where your gaps are and prepare you for answering test questions.
