The BCCG grading scale follows the same 1-10 system that PSA follows when referring to the quality, condition and authenticity of a card. The difference is that the quality of grading used in BCCG is not as strict as PSA. So while you might get a BCCG 10. This does not mean it will be this grade with PSA or even BGS.A BCCG 10 is essentially the equivalent to a PSA 9 or above by definition. The grades aren't necessarily fake like others are saying, but they aren't as scrutinized so if you were to crack the slab and get it graded by a different company it could come back as any grade 8 or better. Essentially anything pack fresh is a 10 to BCCG.

If you are buying graded cards for any investment types of purchases, stay away from BCCG slabs. They are generally agreed to be over-graded. As a last note, also stay away from raw grading. Beckett may be the only company that does raw grading, but it is typically done at card shows.
