The Honda tech who did my timing belt mentioned that the sway bar links are slightly loose. It's very likely the sway bar links again, which I'll address when the weather gets warmer. Buying top and bottom rubber mounts would cost around $50.

My wife's 2009 CR-V started making a loud buzzing when locked. It makes the noise whether you use the power lock button or manually flip the lock toggle. And it does not make the noise when unlocked.
