Mod Loader has 3 files - Mods Folder, an INI and a DLL. All 3 of those should be extracted to your ELDEN RING\Game\ folder. Now any DLL's you put into that \mods\ folder will be loaded appropriately. So put elden_ring_seamless_coop.dll and seamlesscoopsettings.ini into that \mods\ folder.
