My luteal phase is 15 days, so I would test everyday until AF hit. I conceived twice without taking progesterone in the tww, even though I am definitely deficient. So, I figure if something catches late and I detect it, I can still restart the progesterone.

Also, if you’ve missed your period call your OB and see if you can go get a blood test done to check your hormone levels. Better to do a blood test.
