Thank you for the info. You are correct that my drawing is not printing as raster. Lines are vector and I am still able to snap to them in Bluebeam. However, I checked my Bluebeam PDF printer's settings and it was set to 150 dpi. After I increased the dpi to 600 the lines got much smoother and uniform.

The issue comes not from vector or raster and either of line weights. From my experience, if you use parts, you will have that issue if you use both in the view, so: In View Template or Properties (if you don't use template), <Part Visibility> change to show original.
