In the system settings you can set a framerate cap. Set it to something like 2x for example, and when you uncap fps it wont go super crazy. For example BDSP are capped to 30 FPS, setting a 2x cap will make so it cant go higher than 60 FPS, making the game way smoother but without running so fast. 2.
