If Uber charges you a cancellation fee, protest it and tell them you watched the driver on the app and they were not moving toward you.

Sep 20, 2016 · I was online through most of this morning hoping for an XL pick up. After about 3 hours I checked on the passengers app and notice there was no option for the XL vehicles.
