Dec 16, 2023 · We are having the same issue, have had 2 service calls, and today received a new cable card and high split converter. No change, after pairing/activating, still get the V58 message on all channels.

The same option has been available in Settings since the Series 1. There are other options in “Help”, which you’ll see when you navigate to Restart.
