Radiance. It's a weapon, but (I believe) restricted to Paladins. Also missable. According to neoseeker, either Lawful good OR evil characters can use it to its full potential. You either get holy or Bane living depending on a story choice. Only neutrals are screwed.

So when you have sneak attack (which requires a dedicated build; most arcane caster don't get sneak attack natively), you can use non-cantrip ray spells of higher level, which give you much better results. So cantrips are either complete crap (w/o sneak) or just sort of crap (w sneak). You walk away with 5 bites (razortusk feat, wolf scarred face witch curse, feral mutagen, animal fury rage power , and dragon bite), 2 claw attacks (feral mutagen), and a gore (fiend totem rage power). 8 full bab natural attacks.
