Ratings and Reviews. Leonards express is a company that USED to like and take care of its drivers. Now its about micromanagement, the bottom dollar and pinching every penny. Bonuses have disappeared, management is none existant and dispatcher do not listen to drivers, loads are garbage and they dont give PTO or pay raises.

Western Express (Bethlehem, PA) - Orientation lasted two days. You take a drug test and watch a bunch of videos with some questions you have to answer at the end. After orientation, you're in the motel waiting for a trainer. You fill out a form that asks if you're a smoker or non smoker. This will place you with a trainer who is the same.
The pay was GREAT. $1200/week guaranteed but that's working Monday-Friday and they URGE you to stay out longer and make more. Also, they have terminals everywhere, if you want to change lanes and relocate, let your driver manager know and they'll get you a load headed that way and probably get you start int that direction before you knowing.
