Floor 5 is probably the best floor for LCM, including it's mastermode counterpart. All you have to do is pop down into the arena, freeze the livids, and click on the right one. For gear, I recommend using 3/4 Ancient storm, and a diamond head, as well as a maxed out GS or dark-claymore. Healer: *dies*.

As for the setup, I recommend using 2/4 necromancer lord, shadow goggles, and superheavy chestplate or perfect chestplate. This set gives you the mana and damage you need to take advantage of lcm scaling. It also allows you to get 100% crit chance in dungeons, so you can hit those crits.
