If that doesn't do anything, change from dash vent to floor vent. If that doesn't do it, switch your temperatures. To find out which actuator is bad, open the glove box all the way, you have to open it past the stops. You can then see the right temp actuator near the center of the dash and the recirculation actuator near the end of the dash. Put your hand on the actuators when you hear the clicking noise to try and feel which actuator is bad.
