Conan exiles resurgence or fast healer.
Resurgence is kinda meh, fast healer is much better especially in combo with Glutton. For the last perk, Glutton for Punishment is probably the best perk in the game for a defensive fighter. I haven't played around with Last Stand tbf but I doubt I'd perfer it over glutton, I rarely get below half health anyways while using Glutton.
Aloe potions are 10 aloe in a cauldron. 7 if you get a lvl 2+ alchemist. Mitra temple can make a healing dish. Eating cooked meat is the best very early option. It's not ideal but you can get up and running with a cauldron and aloe pretty quickly before that early healing becomes too much of a pain.Dahliacid. •.
