After looking at the pre/post op pics in your post history that is definitely the reason. It can cause gaping in the cups and a band that is too tight, due to the "orange in a glass effect." However, we can't say what is going on without knowing a little more from your measurements. We can't guess at what your size is without measurements. 38A is for a 38" underbust and a 39" bust (A cup = 1" difference between bust and underbust).

The band is too tight and I am majorly spilling out of the cup. I did the measurements here: Loose UB: 37in Snug UB: 36in Tight UB: 35in Standing B: 39in Leaning B: 44in Laying B: 38in.
