2007 suzuki king quad 700 problems.

Hi, I have a 2007 King quad 700 I replaced the stock fuel pump with the bosch unit. Bought it from napa an it pressured to 70 PSI with the stock o ring in, i did the pie cut to get it down to around 44 psi at idle. My problem is whenever im riding the pressure drops to 30 psi an never seems to recover. Where do you guys think i should go from here.Feb 19, 2021 · Now grab some sort of container to catch any possible fuel, turn the key on and watch to see if any fuel flows out the pump. If not, then the pump is properly shot. The fuel system should also have a fuse and or a relay. Check the fuse and the relay first before pulling the fuel line. Now it won't start. Friend said it did not make any crazy noises or leak any fluids. Riding in a very dusty/sandy environment. Plug was pretty fouled up. I replaced it - no go. Checked oil and was about quart low - IE nothing on the dipstick. I checked it last season and it was fine. I fixed a similar sounding problem a few years ago on my 2007 King 700. The fix was (as found on this forum) to add an additional ground cable from the negative battery terminal to the frame. I could not believe it was that simple! It would usually start ok and idle for a while but after the engine was warm, it did not want to idle.
