It doesn't state what type of event will happen, so plan ahead if you hear it. 2: Crates will drop nearby, you dont need to be detected. 3: Determined by a number in the game config before you start the world. Have a working car ready with some food and water in it, when heli shows up jump in car and drive as fast as you can far away from your base. Or just travel and loot till heli shows up, then go back to your permenant base once its safe again.
