The other 2 possibilities is the hall effect sensor for the dump position have failed. The other one is the magnet in the globe was installed in the wrong polarity after being dismantled and cleaned. Check the first, second and fourth suggestions and if all else fails it could be the hall effect sensor or its wiring. Hope this helps you out.
