The absolute worst chicken wings of any Popeye's EVER! Puchased 5 piece wings combo on 8-8-22 around 6:00 PM at the Arlington Blvd, Falls Church location. Not only did they taste stale ( either from sitting around for hours or from using expired oil ) but they were the size of pigeon wings. They were devoid of meat.
