The problem comes down to the never ending debate of prestige v price tag. At Pitt, I was lucky enough to receive a full tuition scholarship and admittance to the honors college. This leaves COA at around 18k a year. However, UPenn would be around full pay for my family- putting it at a whopping 75k a year.
