But as mentioned, there are parts of the Old Republic that are canon, like Darth Bane, the existence of a Darth Revan, HK droids, etc... You can consider all Legends content "canon until contradicted". Well, although K1 canon Revan is established as a lightside male, personally find it hard to consider it as an option that relates accurately to the story. Outside of that I would argue that the complete jedi training of every single trainable character would be canon.
