I just went through the entire Kaplan P/S book + watched every KA socy video (there aren't too many, sat myself down for an evening) and took notes on that. Personally thought the 300 page docs were nice but I already felt like I had a good foundation from Kaplan.Nothing guarantees anything on the MCAT. Nobody can bank on a 132. A lot of the section is passage and data based. I think if strong knowledge of the 300 page doc "guarantees" a score, it would be around 127, not 132. 130+ is a hard earned score in any section. There is a reason 130 is 95th percentile or higher depending on the section. The #1 social media platform for MCAT advice. The 300 page doc is better because the P/S stuff chosen by AAMC is rather arbitrary and isn't necessarily what you'd expect to find, but that's what they've deemed fair game. FWIW, JS has BOTH the 300pg doc and stuff from the Kaplan book.

I am looking for an anki deck that is based specifically on the 300 or 86 page P/S document. I know the MileDown anki deck is often used along with these docs, but I am looking for an anki deck made only from the 300 page doc. In particular, I need an Anki deck that is organized by pages/section/topic from the 300 page doc in sequential order.

the main difference imo is the level of detail in the 300 page document versus the 86 page document. the 300 page document has more detailed examples of each term/phenomenon and just has more stuff overall (lol obviously), and a lot of little details that might be considered low yield. i personally used the 86 page document and never scored below 130 on practice tests (we’ll see how it ...

When I began studying, it was winter break, so I focused on reading the Kaplan books/Vanilla doc for about 7-8 hours a day, including doing the review questions in the books. I had about 14 days of full-time studying before I went back to lab and cut my studying down to 1-2 hours a day. I supplemented reading the Kaplan books with Anki.
