I'm honestly scoring worse on the section bank than on uworld. Section bank kicked my ass and I consistently hit 512-513 on AAMC FL. No you should not. Just focus on learning. The real MCAT feels harder, but the curve is better so the score ends up fine. I wouldn't say it's a difference of yield, that can vary across tests, and even difficulty of the real day varies, but the curve evens it out in the end.
