I’ve made sure to do it 4 times, with the last being 24 hours after taking the exam. I’m nervous because the exam shut off at 119 questions with a max of 140. I did have 40 SATA (bulk being between 13-80 questions) and a ton of priority questions.If you get a good pop up, take it as a good chance that you passed and relax until you get your results. If you get the bad one recognize that it means you probably failed, but you will not know until you get your results. I failed my first time taking the NCLEX and got the bad pop up, passed the second time with the good pop up.it has to be the “our records indicate” one. that’s the one that is accurate. the other one isn’t and also i heard it’s not as accurate for bad and good pop ups when u get to 145. i finished in 75 and got the good pop up twice and still waiting for my results.

It is most definitely not 100% accurate however it do know more people who it's worked for than not. Don't let the fact that you got all 145 questions freak you out! Studied with Archer for 3 weeks approx 75 questions/day 5 day/ week. NCLEX exam shut down at 97 questions after a SATA. Was feeling very indifferent but optimistic about my results. I tried the Pearson vue trick (aka good or and pop up) and got the " Bad pop up " multiple times. I spent the next 2 days sobbing & devastated.

I got 75 questions but feel really bad about it because I finished it in about an hour. I feel like that is too short of a time to utilize critical thinking skills and be able to think through the questions. I tried the Pearson Vue Trick about an hour after I finished. And got the "good pop-up," so I felt a little more confident about my exam.

It's still like 99% correct for the good pop-up (but only like 75% for the bad pop-up). 145 certainly isn't a "GOOD" number to end on, as it means the CAT was trying to keep going as long as it could to get you to competency, but it certainly does not mean you definitely failed. I passed at 145 and thought I failed. Update: I decided to put my correct card info and submit. When it submitted the payment went through to my bank and then automatically refunded it and gave me the “good pop up”. The first pop up with incorrect card number said “ We’re unable to process your payment. Please select an alternate payment type.”. I wanted to know if it’s possible to get the good pop up and fail. I finished in 75 questions and left feeling 100% like I failed. Even though the concepts weren’t all unfamiliar, I was finding myself guessing on everything.
