I use a PayPal cash card that's the same as the DD one. There are zero fees and all 7/11 ATMs are free, which are every few blocks where I live. The best part, no overdraft worries. I have a card with no fees, that can't overdraft, and I can withdrawal anytime..oh, and my money is protected. I enjoy it way better than a bank.
