It is impossible to kill any animal because i cant hit the weakspots. The only requirements that I know of are that you are within the orange area on your map when you have that quest selected, and that you do it at night. The last I saw referenced, night time is considered from 19.00 to 5.00. The animal has to be shot in the orange area of the map.I don't know how to fix it without messing up the rest of the game because Layton Lake is ok other than some of the missions. Check the south area in Hirschfelden. Dont't kill to much animals to save the need zones. Leveling in this area was very easy. Roe Deer, Wild boar and Fallow deer everywhere.
