I'm tapering it down with the Ashton Manual, for the second time. So far so good, I don't plan to come off of it entirely, just get it down to something more reasonable. Im thinking 0.5 morning and night but it'll probably be more like 0.5 morning and 0.75 at night (which is one of the tapering points of the manual).
