Took my nclex this morning, shut me off after 79 questions. I had ~20 select all that apply, a lot of priority questions but also a lot of random stuff too. Did the Pearson trick a few minutes after the email and got the good pop up. Pray for me that it's accurate šŸ„²

Yes, it usually means you passed. I failed my first attempted and put in my card info 1 hour after exam. It took my payment and literally scheduled an appointment that day. The trick worked for me but in the bad way. I got my results emailed to me the next day. I did fail.Failed at 145, Passed 2nd time at 75 Qs. No UWORLD nor MARK K. Is 145 a good number to end on even if I missed a lot of questions and had several math questions? Does NCLEX still have 15 trial questions in the exam that don't count towards your score? I read some of the questions they give you are experimental and don't count for anything. This time I felt more confident and it shut off at 115. The questions really crack down on SATA. I had a bout 50+ SATA on my NCLEX! UWORLD: I liked it but our school stopped supporting it and stuck with Kaplan. Questions are harder. MK: GOOD. Good on OB and LABS lecture and of course prioritization are good. I just took my NCLEX on Monday and I can officially say I'm a registered nurse!!! I took the exam and got 145 questions so it is possible! I used UWorld and my question bank was 100% complete with 50% correct. I also did the self assessments and got boarder line on the first and high on the second.The NCLEX is VERY similar to kaplan style of questions. While taking the NCLEX definitely requires general nursing knowledge, the exam testing your critical thinking more than anything. For me personally, Uworld helped refresh and expand my nursing knowledge base from school. However I felt like the NCLEX question style were very similar to kaplan.The mark klemik lectures will give you skills/tools on how to answer questions better for uworld so you practice them before you take the nclex.
