We have a GE Profile oven. There is a flashing "door lock". The door is not locked. We have tried pushing the oven light off and pushing the oven clean pad and once that activates, then pushing the clear button. We have turned off the oven for 10 minutes or more and that does not help clear the pad. We cannot use the oven now because of this malfunction.
