Our 2020 Ford F250 Super Duty came with a factory 3 leaf spring pack. The leaf springs are rather thick to give the rated load capacity but at the sacrifice of ride comfort and suspension travel. When the truck is loaded, the suspension compression travel is reduced drastically so it will “bottom out” easily.

If you have a 3.31 axle, the only thing you can do to get it correct is set the tire size to 37" and deal with the CEL (P-1635 if memory serves). Lifted my 2017 F250 Lariat Ultimate with a leveling kit from Wicked Customs in Florida. Great kit. Came raw of course, and had it powder coated gloss black. It is the 3.5" kit that allows the use of 37" tires as long as you have/buy the bumper spacer (per the kit manufacturer). Specs are 37"x22" wheels, -24, tires 13.50. No trimming needed at all.

I will have to say that our trucks look amazing with 37" tires if you are running a 6" lift. but if you do get 37s, then you will need to re-gear, otherwise your will lose power and your MPG will be robbed. Yes for sure, I already geared the rear to 4.10 and average about 16-16.5 mpg.

May 18, 2023 · The arms have a relief where a 37 would hit and the sway bar is also curved to avoid tires. My shop said the trucks will fit 37s on stock tires without rubbing. Might be testing that soon.
